Founded in 2015 in the coastal city of Qingdao, Qingdao Funuoda Packing Co., Ltd. is a professional integrated manufacturer of laminated plastic packaging solutions. Our site (Jimo Branch) occupies the production address at No. 8-1, Gongjia, Changzhi Village, Daxin Sub-district, Jimo District, Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. We have over 10 years of export experience, with global customers covering the United States, Europe, South America, Australia, Russia, Indonesia, South Korea and other countries and regions.
We operate 2 full-automatic production lines, well-equipped with a complete array of core production machinery: 10-color electronic-shaft gravure high-speed printing machine, dry-bonding laminator, solvent-free laminator, stereo curing chambers, inspection machines, slitting machines, hot-stamping machines, on-line ink-jet coding systems, laser tear-line devices and multi-specification bag-making machines. Benefiting from our official Packaging and Decoration Printing License, we possess in-house gravure printing capability, enabling full-chain in-house production covering printing, lamination, curing, slitting, bag-making and finished-goods inspection, instead of purchasing pre-printed films externally.
We hold the National Industrial Product Manufacturing License for Food-Contact Plastic Packaging Containers and Articles (Certificate No. Lu XK16-204-06241, valid until DEC 09, 2029; Key-control items by entrusted inspection), which authorizes us to manufacture food-contact plastic packaging products. Besides production licenses, our facility has obtained authoritative international system certifications, including BRCGS, ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. The company has undergone a SMETA social compliance audit conducted by Intertek Shanghai for labour standards and health & safety assessment.
Our comprehensive product range covers diversified pouch & film roll styles: Three-side-seal pouches, eight-side-seal pouches, stand-up pouches, aluminum-foil pouches, retort-resistant pouches, spout pouches, vacuum pouches and custom-made film rolls. Our tailor-made packaging products cater to wide-ranging end-use industries, including food & snacks, pet food, cat litter, agricultural fertilizers & agrochemicals, beverages, daily-use consumer goods, apparel and more. We support custom sizes, printing designs, material structures and functional requirements such as high-temperature retort resistance, moisture barrier, oxygen barrier and anti-static performance according to client specifications.
Strict quality control runs through every production procedure. We implement refined internal management, with finished-product inspection, sample retention and traceability mechanisms in place. Relevant food-contact material test reports such as migration tests, REACH compliance and SGS testing documents are available upon customer request for project verification.
